FAQ
Quick answers about how Call-Phones.com works for the United States and Canada.
How do I call my phone now?
Enter your number in +1 format and submit the form. We place a quick call so you can hear your phone ring.
Is Call-Phones.com free?
Yes. The service is completely free to use. We keep it running thanks to donations and advertising revenue so anyone can quickly call their phone when needed.
Will it ring if my phone is on silent?
If your phone is on silent it may still vibrate when the call comes in, depending on your device settings. If the phone battery is dead, the phone will not ring.
Why am I receiving a call from another country?
Do not worry if the call appears to come from another country. The call may originate from Europe or another region depending on available routing. This is normal. You do not need to answer the call - the goal is simply to make your phone ring.
Will I be charged for the call?
No. You will not be charged by our service. Even if you answer the call, no money will be charged. The call will disconnect automatically after a moment.
What if my phone does not ring?
In very rare cases the call may not go through, especially with some virtual or VoIP numbers. If your phone does not ring, please contact us through the contact form and we will look into it.
Which countries are supported?
Call-Phones.com has the best call success rate in the United States and Canada using the +1 dialing format. However, in many cases the call may also go through to numbers in the UK, Australia, or other countries.
Do you store my number?
We use your number only to place the call. The number may be stored for up to 60 days for technical and abuse-prevention purposes and is automatically deleted afterward. We do not sell or share personal information. The service must not be used to spam or harass other people.
What if I think someone is using the service to prank call me?
If you believe someone is repeatedly using the service to call your phone, please contact us through the contact form. We can add your number to a Do Not Call list so it will no longer receive calls from the service.
